At Spiegelglass Construction we take care of the entire construction process from beginning to end, so you can focus on your business. Pre-Construction
Beginning with the end in mind, we collaborate with all partners at the table including architects, real estate agents, designers, subcontractors and others to evaluate potential sites and plan the project. During this phase we’re setting the entire team up for success by defining requirements for a smooth project including time frame, budget, and additional partner needs.
During the pre-construction process, our team is getting organized. We’re working closely with the architect, making subcontractor selections, mapping out our schedule and finalizing our estimates.

Immediately following turnover and long after you get situated, we will keep the lines of communication open to address anything that might come up.
