At Spiegelglass Construction we take care of the entire construction process from beginning to end, so you can focus on your business. Our clients include construction managers at popular restaurant, retail, and specialty chains who want a general contractor they can count on, entrepreneurs who need the expertise of a GC so they can prepare to open a new location.

Commercial Construction Services - Spiegelglass Construction

Often, our clients are looking for a general contractor or construction manager to handle the project in its entirety, but we are also called upon for an array of different services including serving as owner’s representatives and accompanying clients during site selection to ensure the building is a fit for their needs.

From white boxes and tenant improvement to ground up buildings and everything in between, we offer a full range of construction management and general contracting services for small to medium-sized commercial projects.

Beginning with the end in mind, we collaborate with all partners at the table including architects, real estate agents, designers, subcontractors and others to evaluate potential sites and plan the project. During this phase we’re setting the entire team up for success by defining requirements for a smooth project including time frame, budget, and additional partner needs.

During the pre-construction process, our team is getting organized. We’re working closely with the architect, making subcontractor selections, mapping out our schedule and finalizing our estimates.

This is where your vision becomes a reality – where teamwork rules and clients can see projects moving quickly off the pages of a plan and into the real world. During this phase, deep collaborations, continuous communication and strong project management with an eye on quality, schedule and budget ensure an end result that exceeds expectations.

The phrase “Teamwork makes the dream work” which was first attributed to American Clergyman John Maxwell, defines this stage. The construction process has a lot of moving parts and having an experienced commercial builder on your side makes all the difference. There’s a reason our family-owned operation has been in business since 1904; our clients can clearly see the benefits of more than a century of experience in the work we do.

While we have been planning for opening since the beginning, we continue to support your team after the doors open. Immediately following turnover and long after you get situated, we will keep the lines of communication open to address anything that might come up. We are proud of the work we do and stand behind it, which is why we offer a warranty on every project we do.

One of the many benefits of working with a family-owned business is that you will have the same point-of-contact from start to finish and beyond. Our philosophy is simple: We care. And that doesn’t end when you open your doors.

Time is money, and during restaurant builds, you’ve got to get it done and get it done right. Spiegelglass understands that; they were attentive, observant, and made sure everything was taken care of. Other builders would disappear on me after a project was over, but Spiegelglass took care of even the little things I needed done after we opened. Follow-through, honesty and good workmanship are key in construction… it’s a rare combination but Spiegelglass has it.

I’ve worked with Spiegelglass Construction on numerous lease negotiations, and when we evaluate potential properties for clients their insights are always spot on. They come to the table with an enormous amount of knowledge and the experience to back it up - which turns into a win-win for everyone involved.

After being in the fire service for over 30 years, I can honestly say that this project was well planned, well designed and well managed; your superintendent kept numerous balls in the air, while riding a unicycle across a tightrope blindfolded. The sign of any professional is that they make it look easy, and your superintendent did that each and every day.

Just one look at their project history tells you everything you need to know with the astounding number of repeat clients. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them on more than 50 projects over the past 15 years and look forward to many more in the future.
