To accommodate the growing needs of its off-premise catering business, Ces & Judy’s Catering asked Spiegelglass Construction to build a 5,000-square-foot commissary in Frontenac. As a preferred caterer for more than 30 venues around St. Louis, the company needed plenty of space to prepare food for weddings, corporate events and social gatherings.
