With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Barry is a highly sought-after commercial general contractor called upon by both large chains and independent owners for his expert guidance. During his tenure at Spiegelglass Construction, Barry has managed projects including multi-purpose facilities, restaurants and retail shops ranging in budgets from a few thousand dollars to several million dollars.
An expert in value engineering, Barry is passionate about helping his clients get the most out of their construction dollar – whether he is working with an entrepreneur opening her first restaurant or a large national chain looking to capture efficiencies across multiple locations. Known for his strong expertise – especially in the restaurant industry - Barry sees his clients call on him time and time again, each time construction guidance is needed.
Recognized for his integrity, Barry is known for being ethical and fair with all of his business associates. As the third generation of Spiegelglass Construction, Barry is driven by the values his grandfather instilled when the company opened its doors in 1904. He prides himself on his client service focus, propelling forward the rich heritage upon which the company was founded.
In his role, Tim works closely with his clients to turn their vision into a reality. With an expertise in restaurants, ground-up buildings, and retail stores, he oversees all aspects of construction from site selection to project completion. Consistent with the company’s values, Tim – who is the fourth generation of Spiegelglass Construction – has a strong client service focus and builds long-term relationships with his client partners.
Prior to his current role, Tim was a Project Manager for M.A.C.S. Management in San Diego. He coordinated labor, subcontractors, materials, and medical equipment, managed job site supervisors and was responsible for client service and budget management. Previous to that, Tim was an Assistant Project Manager for Riopelle Development Company in Oceanside, California. In that role, Tim compiled and distributed bid packages, hired and supervised new employees and managed material orders and shipments.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southwest Missouri State University. In his free time, Tim enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
