When asked to give advice to people just starting out in the construction field, he gives the advice he would give his younger self:
“Don’t limit your dreams. Shoot big and aim far. Enjoy the journey along the way because it goes fast.”
This week, Joe was recognized for shooting big and aiming far by being named one of St. Louis’s Top 100 C-level executives.
Selected by an ‘independent judging committee comprised of local industry experts, partners, and community representatives,’ the Titan 100 honorees are ‘the region’s most accomplished leaders who have redefined what it means to lead’.
Since earning a promotion to COO in 2024, Joe has strengthened the company’s operating model and demonstrated not only grit but the leadership and integrity it takes to form true partnerships – principles that are fundamental to the Titan 100 community.
