We are seeking a St. Louis-based construction superintendent to begin immediately.
Reporting to the company’s owners, this role is responsible for:
-Managing day-to-day construction operations and schedule to meet turnover date
-Working closely with owners representatives and subcontractors
-Coordinating with landlord, city officials
-Daily reporting of on-site activities
The ideal candidate will have:
-10+ years of related experience that includes small to medium sized commercial work including high-end retail, restaurant, tenant improvement and/or ground up
-Restaurant experience strongly preferred
-Proven success completing high quality small to medium sized commercial construction projects with budgets ranging from $500K-$2MM
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents including blueprints, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
-Ability to be self-directed, and self-perform work on-site as necessary
-Familiarity with local building codes
-Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
